I'm Karen Ward, the creator and program director of DFC Seriously Fun Fitness. For over 20 years I've been in the fitness industry as a trainer, instructor, presenter, program developer, teacher, coach and competitor. Fitness training has always been my occupation AND my passion. I devour fitness research, study new training techniques, and ponder conflicting ideologies. My mission is to continually offer creative workouts with progressive concepts, so my clients will get results and enjoy the process.

Progressive Programming

Our dynamic programs evolve and change in a systemized progression every month with new exercises and activities for each phase. Daily workouts include a creative blend of essential fitness components utilizing the natural surroundings and select pieces from our vast collection of fitness toys. We have every type of functional training gear imaginable, and we're always getting more!
